⭐ ORDERS & SHIPPING When will my order ship? All items are made-to-order. Fulfillment typically takes 2–7 business days, then your order ships with tracking. How long does shipping take? USA: 3–7 business days Canada: 5–10 business days International: 7–21 business days Delivery time = Fulfillment + Shipping. Do you offer express shipping? Not at this time. All orders ship using the fastest available method from our fulfillment partners. Where can I find my tracking number? You’ll receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships. If you don’t see it, check your spam or promotions folder. My package shows “Delivered” but I don’t have it. What do I do? Check your mailbox, porch, and with neighbors Wait 24–48 hours (carriers sometimes mark delivered early) Contact your local post office If still missing, contact us and we’ll help guide next steps.

⭐ PRODUCTS & SIZING Are your items true to size? Yes — most items fit true to size unless stated otherwise. We recommend checking our Size Guide before ordering. Do you offer exchanges if I ordered the wrong size? Because all items are custom-made, we do not offer size exchanges. Please double-check sizing before placing your order. How do I care for my apparel? Wash inside-out in cold water. Hang dry or tumble low. Avoid ironing directly on printed areas. See full Care Instructions page for details.

⭐ RETURNS & REFUNDS Do you accept returns? We only accept returns for items that arrive damaged, defective, or misprinted. What if my item arrives damaged? Please email us within 7 days with: your order number photos of the issue We will replace or refund it at no cost to you. Do you accept cancellations? Orders cannot be cancelled after they are placed because production begins immediately.

 ⭐ PAYMENTS & CHECKOUT What payment methods do you accept? We accept major credit cards, debit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, and more depending on your location. Is my payment information secure? Yes — all payment data is encrypted and processed securely through Shopify.
