At JBI Apparel, every piece is created with purpose, faith, and excellence. If for any reason you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

⏳ Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the date you receive your order.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • Unwashed
  • In the same condition you received it
  • With tags attached
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

📦 How to Start a Return

Email us at support@jbiapparel.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Your full name
  • Reason for return
  • A photo of the item (if damaged or incorrect)

Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.

❗ Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

💥 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately with photos so we can make it right.

⛔ Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Limited-edition or exclusive drops
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items
  • Personal care items
  • Hazardous materials or flammable goods

🔁 Exchanges

Need a different size or color?

The fastest method is to:

  1. Return the unwanted item
  2. Place a separate order for the item you want

Once your return is accepted, we'll process it right away.

🇪🇺 EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order ships to the EU, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, as long as the item is unworn, unused, and in original condition.

💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@jbiapparel.com.
